Oracle said Project Jupiter 'remains on our planned schedule', that it is 'fully committed to New Mexico', and that it is 'reimagining Project Jupiter's power plan'. It called STACK Infrastructure a 'tremendous partner' and said more than 3,600 construction workers (1,000+ New Mexico residents) are building the campus. It did not deny the force-majeure notice.

STACK Infrastructure has been a tremendous partner. Together, we are building New Mexico’s workforce for the long term. More than 3,600 construction workers are helping build the campus, including more than 1,000 New Mexico residents. More than 900 workers joined the team in August alone, reflecting the project’s continued growth. Collectively, they have logged more than 2.8 million hours worked.

We are excited about the more than $4.7 billion in economic benefit Project Jupiter is expected to bring to New Mexico.
